Lazy

Lazy is a personal report on the state of the country.

“EP Lazy differs from my previous albums in the themes it explores,” says Nvotová, and continues: “You could say it is socially engaged, as it reflects the developments we’ve gone through in Slovakia since my last album Ten. It is my short artistic report on the state of the country, and I hope that besides offering a musical experience, it will also be a source of reflection for listeners.”

Long-time members of Dorota's band from the duo Transport – Filip Hittrich and Marián Slávka – contributed to the creation of the album, along with Slavo Solovic and other collaborators who worked on the overall arrangements. In the song Balada o Jánovi and Martine, singer Juraj Benetin joined Nvotová, and in Rómske Vianoce, young singers Vlaďka and Sofinka Mišalková lent their voices.

The EP will be released in early autumn in a limited vinyl edition.
